Would recommend 100% Ella is a master at what she does and its important to trust that she is a professional and knows best, I was truly in her hands and I love the new brow shape she created for me to suit my face shape. I had my first session afew weeks ago and initially I was abit skeptical during the first week of healing as they were too dark, however it is a process and you must trust Ella's skills, after the scabbing I am completely in love with my new shape and would definitely recommend Ella to anyone interested in microblading, I think she might be the best in Birmingham, I have my followup session in afew weeks to fill in any strokes that didn't hold and I completely trust her to get the job done and trust her advice, she is also very straight to the point about what to expect and doesn't lie to you just to please you I am mixed race so I have darker skin but she caters for each clients individual needs and tailors the experience and gives you all information about what to expect.

I recently had my second appointment to top up my eyebrow treatment.Once again,Ella was the ultimate professional.She talked me through the treatment step by step and made sure I was happy with the procedure .Ella is a true artist and an excellent communicator.I am very happy with the results and will probably take up Ella's offer of a small ,final top up procedure.I have no hesitation in recommending Ella to anyone.
